General

• Website prices are in SGD. 
• For international orders, I offer a 1-1 ratio (e.g. USD 15 = SGD 15). Please take a screenshot of your order and send it to me via Instagram DM. 
• Or, you can simply buy your products on my Etsy! 

Returns and Refunds

• Returns are not allowed due to hygiene reasons.
• Lighting differences may result in slight colour differences in products. Please do factor this into consideration before purchasing.
• We are not liable for damaged and lost mail. In the event you receive a damaged product, please contact us via Instagram or email immediately with these details: name, invoice, evidence of damage, details of the damage.
• If the product is found to be damaged due to negligence of the customer, no refunds will be processed. 
• All refunds will be processed after deducting the costs of shipping. 

Shipping Policies

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• International shipping may take up to 2 months due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please order only if you are okay with waiting.
• For local orders above SGD65, use 'KOI65' for free tracked mailing.
